Cancellation Policy – Villa Jasmin

Direct bookings only:

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
• 50% charge if cancelled within 30 days
• No refund if cancelled within 14 days or for no-shows
• Date changes within the non-refundable period may count as a cancellation
• Refunds go to the original payment method

For partner bookings:
Cancellations follow the partner’s own policy, which overrides ours.
